Single 4 Side Wet Wipes Machine

SY series wet wipes production line is used to produce disposable household cleaning wet wipes or baby wipes. Four Sides Sealing Wet Wipe Packaging Machine is designed as automatic production solution for sanitary wet wipes and make-up removing wet wipe and personal care wet wipe. It can be adjustable to fit to various packaging sizes,a perfect choice for OEM and ODM factory who produce different sizes of wet wipe products on one machine.

WET WIPES TYPE:

Packaging speed is 60-120 pieces/minute,and packaging size can be adjusted, with length

40-175mm and width 40-110mm.Composite film and paper-aluminum film can be selected as

packaging raw materials,with hot-meltedging around them, and the edging form can be "."or "v".

Funtion : Cut according to the size required by the customer.

Function : Servo control fold into the bag and add liquid to the bag (the part contacting the material is 316 stainless steel)，Metering pump imported from Japan，accuracy 10.01ml.

Function : Bag mouth sealing (hot sealing),The user can change the steel letters to control the Date and codes print on the products the tear mouth have two types for select "V or "-".
