1. Preparation for startup: open the power supply of the equipment body machine, control box and earring welding machine.
2.Open the compressed air switch, according to the production needs to the corresponding parameters of the equipment.
3. Add raw materials, remove the outer packaging of raw materials, confirm that the quality of raw materials is OK, install the material to the corresponding position of the reel, and do a good job of fixing.
4. Turn on the power supply of the ultrasonic system to determine whether the ultrasonic system is normal.
5. Check whether there are abnormal noises and foreign bodies on the chain, and whether the fan works normally.
